Bug #001 Deleting From Database Breaks Cooking

The method in which Deleting from Database works it does not change all Food ID's down by one.

The only fix to this currently is to restart the Database by changing the AllFoods and AllRecipe size to 1 and removing all children from Foods and Recipes in The Cooking Hub.
